For most, the prospect of escaping to the online world of Xbox Live is something anticipated with excitement over the course of yet another mundane day’s existence. However, for two young sisters in the state of Washington, Microsoft’s hugely popular multiplayer haven recently became the platform for a friendship that quickly turned into a frightening obsession. Credit: Microsoft.More pointedly, 20-year-old Joshua Stetar of Saratoga Springs, New York, has been arrested on charges of stalking a 15-year-old girl from Spokane, Washington, whom he first met while playing Halo on Xbox Live in 2006, reports GameRush.Over the course of the time the two spent talking online, Stetar is believed to have posted gift packages and flowers to the girl’s Spokane home – all of which her parents immediately returned to sender. Stetar also sent hundreds of text messages to the girl’s cell phone, which subsequently led her mother to eventually change the handset’s number.However, Stetar somehow managed to uncover the new cell number and, on Dec 28, he sent her a text message describing how he was driving past her house at that exact moment. A little over 30 minutes later, Stetar then sent the girl a final message explaining that he intended to rape her and her sister.With local police authorities alerted to Stetar’s apparent intent, the 20-year-old was duly apprehended at a nearby Econo Lodge motel after driving for some 40 hours in order to reach Spokane from Saratoga Springs. Stetar also revealed that he had found the girl’s new cell number by typing her name into the Google search engine. Released on bond over the weekend, Stetar now faces a felony charge of stalking.

The facts in this article are not correct. He did not get her new cell phone by putting her name in Google; that's absurd. Who writes this crap?

It might not be all made up. If the girl was stupid enough to put her phone number on a public website (such as myspace), then its quite possible to find it through a google search. However, if this were the case.....well no girl deserves to be raped, but she should definitely be taken out of the gene pool somehow. What's the proper term used for chemical castration on a female?
