I got my pure non-bundled Wii using wiitracker.com a week or two ago. You can setup an RSS feed that monitors online inventories. Many online stores have about 20 - 30 minutes of availability each week. Just keep the RSS feed open, and when the right moment arrives, buy.

Sure beats waiting hours in the cold.

P.S.

For extra remotes, order direct from store.nintendo.com. Mine arrived in 3 days.
