PlayStation 3 set to lose L.A. Noire exclusivity?

If they are hiring a new worker it makes perfect sense to get someone who can work on the 360 in the future if needed instead of just getting someone with PS3 experience which is all they currently only need.

BTW its funny how people forget about games like Lost Planet, Just Cause and Dead Rising which were 360 exclusive franchises but which will be appearing on the PS3 in the future. Considering the amount of 360 games that have lost exclusivity or will be appearing on the PC there are very very few exclsuives on the 360 compared to the PS3. There are only about 60 exclsuives released or in development on the 360 compared to well over 100 on the PS3. Just to give you and example take a look at the lineup of games due to be released exclusively on each console in 2008;

does anyone else think this game looks a bit crap? the graphics are terrible and it has no atmosphere. i will wait untill i see gameplay but i dont have high hopes for this game.

I believe exclusives will be rare as most games will eventually (financial opportunities) come out on different systems. I own the xbox360 and just recently purchased a PS3. The PS3 release info (previous comment)is helpful (starting my collection), but the 360 info is not accurate (been following 360 stuff and just started following PS3 info).

There is a slight error in your list envolving the game '2 Days to Vegas' it is currently stated as an PC game. If you don't believe what i have said check out the publishers site Steel Monkeys. But it could be a error to a game which also included the 360 and PS3. I adament that the game will be released on to the 360/PS3 by the end of 2009.

Mostly these games are for PC also and are very PC style games that will probably play much better on a PC i.e. Command and Conquer 3 and World in conflict. There are some games there I'd like to play but its not a mind blowing list of exclusives. There are a few big franchises like Fable and Splinter Cell but there not in the same league as GTA, MGS, FF, GT. Halo, Bioshock and Gears are 360 big franchises and 2 of those may come to the PS3, not Gears 2 but Gears 3 and Bioshock 2.

Thats not including all other exclusives Sony may announce sometime this year and if any other big franchises get another sequel? Sony inhouse development is bigger than Nintendo and Microsoft combined.

Microsoft hasnt revealed their list of exclusives because they havent come up with them yet. they though they had left sony for dust but that was an early prediciton. sony anounced a huge lineup an MS is strugaling to catch up.

The amount of false exclusives on that list show MS fans are getting desperate. The 360 is falling from grace and they are making many early PS3 errors to speed that up

Command and Conquer 3 is not a XBox exlusive it's been announced to be on the PS3 as well. lol

People are forgetting the most important exlusive of all for the PS3, Bumpy Trot 2, ie SteamBot Chronicles 2, the first Bumpy Trot i found to be the best RPG ever to find a home on the PS2. ^^
