It is 2047 and the stakes could not be higher. Tiberium—a self-replicating alien substance that has infected the Earth—is spreading like a radioactive ice age. This third installment of the venerable Command & Conquer series puts the player in charge of one of three factions: the GDI, the Brotherhood of NOD, and the as-of-yet unrevealed mystery third faction.
